Supercast powers premium podcast subscriptions, donations and / or one-time digital content purchases for creators. This document outlines how you receive benefits from your Supercast subscription, how to cancel recurring payments, and request refunds.

Subscription Benefits and Delivery

Details about the specific benefits you’ll receive with your subscription are outlined on the sign-up page for the specific podcast or network you’re subscribing to, but may include:

• Access to premium podcast episodes and / or video content
• Newsletters and other delivered content
• Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) Access
• Access to communities via Supercast or Discord
• + More benefits as determined by the creator.

When you sign up for Supercast, we’ll create a subscription under the e-mail you entered during sign-up, or the e-mail associated with your wallet if you used a wallet like Apple or Google Pay to sign up. You’ll also receive an e-mail with details of your subscription.

Premium content can be accessed through the Supercast web application or through most podcast players.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Supercast subscription at any time through your Member Dashboard or by contacting Supercast support at support@supercast.com.

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive benefits until the next time you would have been billed, at which point we will deactivate your subscription.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not generally available for Supercast subscriptions or digital content purchases. In the case of technical issues preventing you from accessing your benefits, you can request help or a refund by contacting support@supercast.com. If you wish to reach out to the creator of a podcast regarding issues with the content of the podcast, or benefits of your subscription, contact information is available from the home page or by clicking on “Get Help” from your member dashboard
